More About Lisa Hayse and Kendall Wendt

I’m Lisa Hayse, one of the owners of Schammerhorn, Inc – a 3rd generation, family owned company who specializes in custom window treatments located in Wichita, Kansas. Before entering the business in 2016, I worked as the office manager at a local church and as a recruiter for Pittsburg State University (Go Gorillas!).

Currently I lead a team of 11 individuals. Using my background in HR and Early Childhood Education, I spend my time making sure our business delivers excellent products and service to our customers while also supporting our employees. My aim is to create a workplace where our team can have rewarding careers to support both themselves and their families.

Outside of work, I prioritize spending time with my husband Andrew and our daughter Evy.

We’re avid travelers and have visited over 16 countries around the world.
